The final piece of this module will be centred around an advertising campaign for a fictional chain restaurant to be advertised during the festive period. The purpose of this final piece will be to inform and persuade potential customers to purchase the products on sale. The campaign will include include several posters which will be on display, a ‘pop up’ style ad set to feature on social media, a full menu and a menu specification will be created.

The festive period is one of the most important times of the year for advertising, so therefore it is crucial for conscious decisions. The Christmas colour scheme has remained relatively unchanged for centuries. Themes of deep, rich reds and greens take centre stage most prominently as they provide a sense of luxury.
The colours that will be used will follow the colour schemes above. The focal point of the images will be the food which the business will be producing. Due to the business being a restaurant, alternative options to the standard ‘Christmas Dinner’ will be included. These include Christmas themed burgers with seasonal vegetables and also a seasonal themed pizza.

The posters foreground sticks to typically neutral colours of green, red and brown as these are synonymous with Christmas. In conjunction with this, the background has Christmas decorations to provide a sense of beauty and elegance to the image. The inclusion of white and gold lights with the use of a Christmas tree further enhances the theme of festivity.
